Before founding ADR Investigative Services, Angel Rosario spent 28 years with the San Diego Police Department, supervising patrol officers and detectives, then seven years as a criminal investigator with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, working general criminal, gang, and insurance fraud cases. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI). Angel is fluent in English and Spanish and works throughout San Diego County.
